2. Refund Policy

Fees paid through any mode, including Cash, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or Cheque, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

However, fee transfers from one student to another may be permitted upon written request, provided that the original student has completed less than 15% of the course syllabus/classes.

3. Certificate Policy

Certificates will not be issued based solely on payment completion. Information shared for certificate processing purposes, including photographs, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses, will be used strictly for internal administrative processes.

Such data will be stored securely in our internal database and will only be accessible to authorized Management Representatives and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) members.

4. Testimonials Policy

Any video reviews, photo reviews, testimonials, or feedback voluntarily shared by you may be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across our official platforms and social media channels.

For branding and security purposes, such content may include our logo, address, contact information, and watermark.
